Treatment Coordinator – Centre dentaire Amirault

About us: Centre Dentaire Amirault in Dieppe offers family, aesthetic, and implant dentistry services to allow you to have excellent hygiene. Whether it is for restoration, prevention, periodontics needs, or more, we will take care of you with our highly skilled patient-focused staff. Additionally, through working within the dentalcorp network, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry’s leading clinicians and have greater access to advanced treatment technologies, and training & development, and support. Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8:00-5:00), and Friday (8:00-4:00)

 The Opportunity: We are currently looking to hire a Treatment Coordinator to join our busy and well-established practice. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to the ongoing oral health of their community.

 • Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment

• Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance

 • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them

 • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps

 • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

 • Bill patients as they come out of the treatment room, take payment, send a claim form to insurance, respond to all fee inquiries in a positive manner

 • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty About You:

• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred

• Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients

• A minimum of conversational French and comprehension is required

 • Strong customer service experience
